LTK awarded the ‘3 Years+ Entrant’ under in the Hang Seng Pearl River Delta Environmental Awards |
LTK was awarded the Green Medalist Certificate in the Hang Seng Pearl River Delta Environmental Awards under the 1-1-1 (One Factory - One Year - One Environmental Project) programme. The programme was jointly organized by Hang Seng Bank and Federation of Hong Kong Industries with an aim to encourage industry to participate in cleaner production and to foster a green culture. The Green Medalist Certificate signifies our commitment and continuous effort in green contribution to the society.
Meanwhile, LTK was awarded the ‘3 Years+ Entrant’ – a new category of recognition – to mark our participation in the Awards for three or more consecutive years. |

Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. completed the acquirement of LTK Equity |
Subsequent to our announcement on 13 September 2012, the acquisition of LTK's equity by Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Company Limited (Stock Code : 002130), specializing in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of cross-linked materials, a state supported high tech industry in China, has been completed on 31 December 2012.
All the following LTK manufacturing and sales subsidiaries in China are now part of the Woer family:
- LTK Cable (Chongqing) Ltd
- Dalian LTK Electric Wire Limited
- Huizhou LTK Electronic Cable Limited
- LTK Electric Wire (Huizhou) Limited
- LTK International Limited
We believe that through the newly-merged entity, the LTK brand will be able to leverage Woer's leading cable technology and market exposure. The senior management of LTK and Woer are confident that this combination will provide a unique opportunity to further strengthen LTK's market position and product portfolio to better serve our customers.
