Opening up global prospects for LTK

Subsequent to our announcement on 8 February 2007, the acquisition of LTK's Electronic Cable Business Unit by Belden (NYSE:BDC), a leading provider of signal transmission solutions for data networking and electronics, has been completed on 27 March 2007.

All the following LTK manufacturing and sales subsidiaries in China and Japan are now part of the Belden family:
